All prices are per room, including breakfast (one double bed or two twin beds).

Rates Low season:  from 14/04 to 02/06 – from 11/09 to 18/12

Rates average season: from 03/06 to 28/06 – from 28/08 to 10/09

Rates high season:  from 29/06 to 27/08

 Single room use need to be approved contacting us.

Extra Bed: until 17 years age pay 15 € per person per night ; 18 years and more pay 30 € per person per night.

Pets are allowed on request and verify compatibility. Supplement required for extra cleanings € 5 / night.

For long stays, or multiple rooms reservation we can apply discounts, pleas contact us.

Cancellations: 
Any penalties for cancellation are retained dall’acconto paid at time of booking or taken from credit card communicated at time of booking if required. The information submitted online is legally binding terms.
If the guest decides to cancel a booking made with Baia Benessere, it will notify you via e-mail.
In such a case, it is normally applied the following policy:
In case of cancellation or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

For cancellations or changes made after this term or no show (no show) you will be charged the full amount.
BaiaBenessere is not responsible for cancellation due to force majeure (eg. Natural disasters, fires, wars or socio-political events).
